Payment Terms And Conditions.

Payment at Booking:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payment via secure payment link or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service Rates:
After the first hour of service, additional work will be charged at a rate of £54 per hour.

Service Availability:
All services are provided strictly by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule.

Estimates
Quotes are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change if the actual work required differs from the original estimate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations
If a customer cancels within the 24 hour cooling-off period, a refund will be issued, subject to a 35% deduction from the total amount paid.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. A rebooking fee of £18.00 will apply.

No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to present the vehicle or be available at the agreed time and location without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Liability

QuickFix Mobile Mechanic Nottingham is not responsible for any damages unless directly caused by negligence during the service.

Parts Supply Policy

If customers request QuickFix Mobile Mechanic Nottingham to supply parts on their behalf, full payment for the parts must be made in advance. Orders for parts will not be placed until payment has been received in full.

Customer Supplied Parts: we do not provide any warranty on parts supplied by customers or warranty on the work carried out, and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

Service Limitations

Certain services may be unavailable due to safety, environmental, or location-related constraints. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if safety concerns, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances arise.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and honest information about their vehicle and ensuring it is available at the agreed time and location. By proceeding with a booking, customers confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Safety and Conduct Clause

The safety and well-being of our staff is our highest priority. If at any point a member of our team feels threatened, harassed, or unsafe. Either verbally, physically, or otherwise. Services will be stopped immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
